Currently, sunqpr ships only to Poland. We may expand shipping to additional countries in the future.

3. How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
Estimated delivery time within Poland is 5–10 business days depending on the shipping carrier and destination.

4. How can I track my order?

If tracking is available for your shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

5. Can I cancel or modify my order?

If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it. If the order has already been processed or shipped, modifications may no longer be possible.

6. What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

If your blanket arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the package with details about the issue. We will review the situation and assist you with a replacement or other solution.

7. How should I care for my blanket?

Care instructions may vary depending on the blanket material. In general we recommend:

  • Washing with similar colors

  • Avoiding high heat when drying unless the label states otherwise
